The last point of discussion was creating a proper system of maintenance of all the records of each student including the record keeping of fees payment and subscription clearance. Often discrepancies are found in terms of fees payment and the required subscription to be paid by the student for team maintenance and welfare is forgotten to be paid by some, the system needs proper attention to be corrected.
